Sampling Cost Advisor

Sampling Cost Advisor (SCA) version 1.0 is a software tool designed to facilitate the cost-effective and defensible evaluation of environmental sampling plans. It provides the user with quick and easy sampling-cost comparisons for seventy-five scenarios for a number of standard sampling designs. SCA version 1.0 is designed to utilize the widely available and intuitive spreadsheet user-interface in Microsoft Excel.
